Michael Buble's Haven't Met You Yet gives me this certain tingle sensation. Always want to make me break into a smile whenever I hear the song. Or at the very least stop myself from whatever I was doing and just enjoy his music. It's so honest yet witty in his own ways. So true yet so heartbreaking. Positive yet there's a sense of realism. :) All I could do as a listener is love it. Love the words. Love the beats. Just love love I guess? These are few of the many photos I have that paints my ever so colourful life. December is only 3 weeks to being over. No, 2009 is 3 weeks away from being over and since day 1 I've always wondered, what will happen next? I was thinking that I would post something today about some great and uplifting event that happened on this day in history. I looked and this is what I found: Eli Whitney was born in Westboro, Massachusetts, in 1765. In case you don't remember middle school history, he invented the cotton gin, which separated the cotton fibers from the seeds. Whitney believed that this would help bring slavery to an end, as less labor would be involved in the processing of cotton. Instead, slavery exploded as cotton became more economical and more slaves were needed to harvest more acres of cotton. In 1776, George Washington retreated from New Jersey into Pennsylvania. In 1886, the American Federation of Labor was formed. While the work of the AFL was originally very good, the government now protects most of the workers' rights. Now, the AFL-CIO is more associated with increased prices due to increased costs of production, although some of its member unions do still offer some legitimate... (more)

Good afternoon.I am just here to say something before heading off to work.Now that I am here what will I talk about that is related to fitness and bodybuilding?I really don't know because I am not able to think of anything right now.I finally managed to get to the gym today to do a quick and fast workout.So that was good.I was thinking about Food Inc,the movie I saw last month and it was a very good movie.I would like to see that movie again along with Fast Food Nation which I am never able to rent because it is never there when I go into Blockbuster.But I would like to see that movie and critique it if I can.It seems that there are never enough movies like them around in the video stores and all the other stores which sell videos or DVDs.I am thinking that Food Inc is one movie the managers or the people working in the head offices of the food stores don't want you or the average person to see because of some of the stuff which goes on there.Another thing that I did last night was I...
